In a charming<\/strong>, well looked after and comfortable environment we have 5 rooms<\/strong>, one of which is equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. The rooms are very different from each other, but all have parquet, private bathroom<\/strong> and some reading suggestions. The structure of the house and furnishings are deliberately \u201chomey\u201d and nothing standardized, with eclectic combinations of antique furniture, modern shapes and pieces from reuse and recycling. Energy sources are based on solar thermal and photovoltaic, lighting is low-energy, the whole structure is as ecologically as possible.<\/p>\n

The rooms Nicolino and Vincenzo are situated on the ground floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicolino<\/b> is a double room and is equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. Idea: hospitality<\/strong>.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vincenzo<\/strong>, also a double room, has a large window fence for access to an outside area of its own and to the rest of the garden. Air-conditioned. Idea: hortus conclusus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the first floor, under a visible wooden roof, the other three rooms, Elisa, Irma and Maria, all air-conditioned.<\/p>\n

Elisa<\/strong> is a double room, which may become a triple if necessary: entering, in front of Grandma\u2019s closet there is a sofa that can become a single bed, while climbing a retro-cast iron spiral staircase you access to the mezzanine that has a double bed. Elisa also has a large private terrace. Idea: alcove<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Irma<\/strong>, is a double room, where the roof gets closer and gives a warm and intimate atmosphere where you can sit in front of the dressing table and choose whether to look at the mountain landscape or an eastern glimpse. Idea: reflection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Maria<\/strong> is another double room which can become a triple if needed: entering the room you are welcomed by the fresh light of a sitting room with a sofa that can become a single bed, while, by climbing a retro-cast iron spiral staircase, you access to the mezzanine that houses the double bed. Maria also has a private balcony overlooking the mountain. Idea: brightness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Price per room per night: double single occupancy \u20ac50\/80, double \u20ac80\/55, triple \u20ac90\/120. Discounted rates for stays of more than 4 nights.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Breakfast with cakes, cookies and jams and homemade juices prepared from us is offered from 8am to 11am in the dining room.<\/strong><\/p>\n
